Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We offer returns on all merchandise orders within 14 days of delivery. Note that if your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

If a request is not lodged within 14 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, or change in the original designs, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Please return all unused items in their original condition, labels and packing; enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. Shipping costs to return will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered/track post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
Refund
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of your item being received by Dimanche Atelier customer care. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
